Non-tidal load variations originating from the atmosphere, ocean bottom pressure, soil moisture, groundwater, lakes, and glaciers induce temporal variations in the Earth's geopotential. These variations excite solid Earth deformation, resulting in time-variable signals observable across all geodetic elements.

This computational framework is designed to approximate global and regional non-tidal load effects on diverse geodetic elements. By strictly adhering to geodetic and Earth deformation principles, the system constrains and assimilates multi-source heterogeneous data to realize collaborative monitoring of the terrestrial water variations and time-varying gravity field.

Employing an analytically compatible geodetic and geodynamic algorithm system – with unified numerical standards and coordinated geophysical models – is essential for achieving centimeter (20 μGal) level accuracy in modern geodesy. This constitutes the necessary foundation for multi-technique collaboration, deep fusion of heterogeneous data, and the maintenance of high-precision geodetic datum frames.
